Managed Campaigns

A placement plan across several publishers and pages, managed end to end.

A managed campaign covers several placements planned together: which pages to support, which publications fit, how anchors are varied, and how the work is paced over weeks or months.

We agree a scope and budget with you first, then report on each placement as it goes live.

Who it’s for

  • Brands supporting several key pages at once
  • Agencies outsourcing fulfilment for multiple clients
  • Teams that prefer a recurring monthly plan to one-off orders

What you provide

  • The target pages you want to support and their priority
  • Topics, regions and languages that suit your audience
  • A monthly or total budget range
  • Anything to avoid: competitors, niches, anchor patterns

Editorial review

How each request is checked

  1. We propose a shortlist of publications and an anchor plan
  2. You approve the plan before any placement is requested
  3. Each placement follows the same publisher review as single orders

Deliverables

  • An agreed placement plan
  • A running list of live URLs as placements are delivered
  • A short summary at the end of each period

Delivery expectations

Pacing is agreed with you. Individual placements follow each publisher’s turnaround, so we report progress rather than promise fixed dates.

We do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic or revenue.

How it works

From shortlist to live URL in four steps

  1. Step 1: Choose a publisher

Filter the marketplace by topic, country, language, authority, traffic and price. Every listing shows its requirements before you ask.

  2. Step 2: Submit requirements

Send your target URL, anchor text and article — or request writing. It is a short form: no account, no password.

  3. Step 3: Review and confirmation

We check fit with the publisher’s guidelines, confirm availability and the final price, and reply before any work begins.

  4. Step 4: Publication and delivery

When the publisher approves and publishes, you receive the live URL and a short delivery note.

FAQ

Managed Campaigns: common questions

Is there a minimum campaign size?

Tell us your goals and budget. We will say honestly whether a managed campaign makes sense or whether single placements would serve you better.

Can I use publishers outside the marketplace?

Possibly. Share any publications you have in mind and we will check whether a placement can be arranged.

How do you report progress?

You receive the live URL of each placement as it is delivered, plus a periodic summary of what is pending.

Have a page that deserves better coverage?

Tell us what you are promoting. We will suggest publications that fit and confirm prices before anything starts.
